Faulu, a young leopard of about four years old, was love at first sight for Véronique. She watched her for hours, hoping to see her come down from the tree where she had hoisted her prey. But that day, Faulu had other plans.

Since childhood, Véronique has dreamed of seeing the lion, the emblematic feline from her memories marked by toys and TV shows. In Africa, she also discovers a fascination for the leopard and cheetah, nourishing her passion for felines.

Proud and determined, lionesses hunt in groups to feed their cubs and the pride. Maternal and strategic, they embody the strength of bonds, courage, and teamwork.

The magnificent, playful lion cubs delight Véronique with every encounter. While holding them in her arms remains a dream, she captures their innocence with her camera. For now, play is their greatest learning experience.

Fascinating to watch, the cheetah displays its power in the hunt, but its failures are frequent and each chase quickly exhausts it.

Clever and fascinating, the red fox has adapted to the Magdalen Islands, where it charms the inhabitants and controls vermin. It is often seen on the beaches, having become an emblem of the local landscape.

Birds of prey fascinate with their presence, especially when they spread their immense majestic wings. Their piercing gaze and imposing appearance inspire both respect and wonder.

These islands are precious to Véronique. She spent her holidays there every summer with her many cousins, days and evenings on the beaches, fishing at sea, enjoying herself and finding happiness. It is there that she goes to recharge with her family on these tiny islands of fine sand.

Véronique, who lives on the edge of the forest, has the privilege of observing and photographing a wide variety of forest birds. Her trips to the United States have also given her the opportunity to enrich her collection by capturing other bird species, sometimes rarer or typical of those regions.

The birds of Africa are completely different from what Véronique was used to seeing. She was quickly captivated.

She also lives by a lake and travels outside the country, giving her the opportunity to host and photograph magnificent water birds.
